Forbidden Drive Vodka

L'mermaid

Ingredients
-2 oz Forbidden Drive Vodka
-1 oz Lemon Juice
-1 oz simple syrup
​-water or club soda
-lemon wheel

​Instructions
Pour vodka, lemon juice, and simple syrup over ice. Fill rest of glass with water or club soda. Stir and garnish with lemon wheel.

Mermaid Mule

 Ingredients
-1.5 oz Forbidden Drive Vodka
-1/2 oz lime juice
-ginger beer
​-lime wedge


​​Instructions
Pour vodka and lime juice over ice. Fill rest of glass with ginger beer. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Siren's Sunset

Ingredients
-1.5 oz Forbidden Drive Vodka
-1 oz blood orange juice
-1/2 oz simple syrup
-blood orange slice


​​Instructions
Pour ingredients into shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously. Strain and garnish with blood orange slice. Top with water or club soda if desired.

The Rums

Mer-jito

Ingredients
-1.5 oz Golden Tail Mermaid Rum
-1/2 oz simple syrup
-fresh mint
​-lime wedges

​Instructions
In a shaker muddle 3 lime wedges with simply syrup and mint. Fill with ice, add rum, and shake vigorously. Pour into glass and garnish with lime wedge and mint sprig.

Rum Punch

Ingredients
-1.5 oz Xaymaca White Rum
-1 oz orange juice
-2 oz pineapple juice
​-grenadine
​-optional fruit
​
Instructions
Combine juices and rum in a shaker with no ice and stir. Pour contents of shaker over ice in a hurricane glass. Finish with a splash of grenadine and garnish with desired fruit.

Lemon Lime Caipirinha

Ingredients
-1.5 oz Martinique White Rum
-1/2 oz lemon Juice
-1/2 oz lime juice
​-Lemon and lime wedges
-granulated sugar

​Instructions
Muddle 3 lemon and 3 lime wedges with sugar in a shaker. Add rum and ice to shaker. Shake vigorously. Pour contents into rocks glass and garnish with lemon/lime.

Old Fashioned

Ingredients
-2 oz DB Johnston Straight Bourbon
-1 sugar cube
-3 dashes of bitters
-cherry
​-orange peel
-splash of water or club soda
​
Instructions
Muddle a sugar cube and bitters in a glass with water. Add bourbon and ice to glass. Garnish with cherry and orange peel.

Kentucky Mule

Ingredients
-1.5 oz DB Johnston Straight Bourbon
-1/2 oz lime juice
-ginger beer
-lime wedge

​Instructions
Pour bourbon and lime juice over ice. Fill rest of glass with ginger beer. Stir and garnish with lime wedge.

Bourbon & Coke

Ingredients
-2 oz DB Johnston Straight Bourbon
-Coke

​​Instructions
Add bourbon to Glencairn glass. Discard coke. Enjoy.
